    在信息技术快速发展以及建筑行业数字化转型的背景下,建筑信息模型(BIM)已成为现代建筑设计和施工中的关键技术。BIM 技术为建筑机电设备的监测信息集成提供了强大的支持,通过集成各种监测数据,可以实现设备状态的实时监控、预测性维护以及优化运行。文中对BIM 技术进行了概述,分析了建筑机电设备监测的重要性,重点探讨了BIM 在机电设备监测信息集成中的应用,且对基于BIM 的机电设备监测信息集成系统的构建进行了研究,有效地提升了机电设备管理的智能化水平。

    Abstract:

    In the context of the rapid development of information technology and the digital transformation of the constructionindustry, building information modeling (BIM) has become a key technology in modern building design and construction. BIMtechnology provides strong support for the integration of monitoring information of building mechanical and electrical equipment.By integrating various monitoring data, real-time monitoring of equipment status, predictive maintenance and optimized operationcan be realized. This paper summarizes BIM technology, analyzes the importance of monitoring of building mechanical andelectrical equipment, focuses on the application of BIM in the monitoring information integration of mechanical and electricalequipment, and studies the construction of the monitoring information integration system of mechanical and electrical equipmentbased on BIM. Effectively improve the intelligent level of mechanical and electrical equipment management.
