Abstract:The 5G communication technology, as a new generation of mobile communication technology, features high data rates, low latency, and a large number of connections, among other characteristics. These features demand higher performance from cables. This paper delves into the requirements of 5G communication technology for high-performance cables, exploring the characteristics and application scenarios of 5G communication. Thispaper focuses on analyzing key technologies such as cable transmission performance, material selection, and structural design, and provides detailed introductions to manufacturing process design, process parameter optimization, and the selection and development of production equipment, aiming to provide guidance and reference for the manufacturing technology of high-performance cables in 5G communication scenarios.
