    5G 通信技术作为新一代移动通信技术,具有高速率、低时延、大连接数等特点,这些特性对线缆的性能提出了更高的要求。文中深入研究了 5G 通信技术对高性能线缆的需求,探讨了 5G 通信特性及其应用场景。此外,重点分析了线缆的传输性能、材料选择、结构设计等关键技术,并详细介绍了制造工艺流程、工艺参数优化以及生产设备的选择与研发,旨在为 5G 通信场景下的高性能线缆工艺技术提供指导和参考。

    Abstract:

    The 5G communication technology, as a new generation of mobile communication technology, features high data rates, low latency, and a large number of connections, among other characteristics. These features demand higher performance from cables. This paper delves into the requirements of 5G communication technology for high-performance cables, exploring the characteristics and application scenarios of 5G communication. Thispaper focuses on analyzing key technologies such as cable transmission performance, material selection, and structural design, and provides detailed introductions to manufacturing process design, process parameter optimization, and the selection and development of production equipment, aiming to provide guidance and reference for the manufacturing technology of high-performance cables in 5G communication scenarios.
