Abstract:The rapid development of information technology is profoundly changing the way and content of personnel file management. In this context, innovative management models can not only improve work efficiency, but also effectively address information security challenges, which is of great significance for promoting the modernization of personnel management. This paper takes the innovation of personnel file management mode in the information age as the starting point, systematically analyzes the main challenges faced by current personnel file management, deeply explores the necessity of management mode innovation, and proposes five innovative paths, namely building an intelligent file management platform, promoting standardized data collection processes, strengthening file security protection mechanisms, optimizing talent training and evaluation systems, deepening cross departmental collaboration and information sharing, aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical inspiration for the innovative development of personnel file management in the information age.
