    摘要:

    目前,现网缺乏对VoLTE语音通话MOS值实时监测体系、有效端到端分析手段和问题定界/定位方法。随着大数据和人工智能等新兴技术的广泛应用,推进网络运维的数智化转型迫在眉睫。文中提出了一种基于AI+大数据的语音智能评测系统,通过AI+大数据分析手段,基于深度学习进行模型研制,通过统一DPI系统,结合离线训练+在线应用两大模块,实现了故障/投诉/性能发现定位的准确性、及时性、有效性能力转化,实现了语音智能评测技术落地,填补了通信领域实时自动语音MOS值测评、质差事件历史信息回溯、网络割接全量验证了项支撑手段的空白。

    Abstract:

    At present, there is a lack of real-time monitoring system for MOS value of VoLTE voice calls, effective end-to-end analysis methods and problem demarcation/location methods. With the wide application of emerging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, it is urgent to promote the digital intelligent transformation of network operation and maintenance. This paper proposes a voice intelligent evaluation system based on AI+ big data. Through AI+ big data analysis, model development is carried out based on deep learning. Through a unified DPI system, combined with two modules of offline training and online application, accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of fault/complaint/performance discovery and positioning are realized. The successful implementation of voice intelligent evaluation technology fills the gaps of three supporting means in the field of communication: real-time automatic speech MOS value evaluation, poor quality event history information backtracking, and network cutover full verification.
